#1: Remove all loose rust or flaky material with a coarse abrasive or a grinder.
#2: Use a sander to remove any light rust or surface rust with coarse abrasive like 60-80 grit to remove any imperfections.
#3: Once abraded, thoroughly degrease.
#4: Activate and apply RAPTOR Epoxy Primer according to TDS.
#5: 2-3 coats should be applied, with a gun, an aerosol or a roller.
#6: From 60 mins after application of the final coat, up to 7 days, the Epoxy Primer can be directly overcoated with RAPTOR.
